Blast Breaker®

Processing of explosives precursor material is a serious business and requires a product designed specifically for this purpose, no longer do you need to risk using cheap surfactants for this highly technical task. Blast Breaker® has been specifically designed for the de-emulsification of Ammonium Nitrate Emulsion (ANE) washings in a wide variety of operations. This powerful emulsion breaker separates a clear and recyclable hydrocarbon layer from the emulsion leaving a homogeneous, aqueous layer of ammonium nitrate ready for disposal to composting operation or other nutrient recovery pathway.
